follows a young man who accepts work on an Iowa farm and the sister who embarks with a beloved family recipe on an epic journey across

Winneshiek Medical Center—Live Healthy Iowa run will begin and end at Winneshiek Medical Center on Saturday, April 11. The 5K portion of the event will begin at 8am with the 1K kid’s run following at 9am. All participants will receive a Live Healthy Iowa 5K T-shirt, race number, finisher medal and the opportunity to win age-group awards. Cost for 5k is $25 on race day. The 1K kid’s run for ages 12 and younger is $5. On-site registration will be available. Adult challenge participants should present
