1) Overview

The Woolworths Contractor Safety Management System Portal is the gateway to allow

Contractors to register and meet the safety compliance requirements of Woolworths Limited.

This portal allows individual Specialist Contractors to:

Register as an company and individual IT Specialist Contractor

Book and complete and online Safety Contractor Induction

Print a copy and download to a Smartphone the Woolworths Contactor Safety Card

2) Register IT Specialist Contractors

a) First Setup – click Specialist Contractor to register:

b) Click on the IT Specialist Contract start button:

a) Company Registration

i. Enter the company name, or a sub-set of the company name and

click Search

*For Subcontractors – please select your Head contracting company, this is the company

who engages your company to carry out the work

ii. If the company name appears in the search results, select your

company.

iii. If the company you work for does not appear on the list, please

contact your company representative and have them contact

Pegasus.

Note: If the company you searched for is already registered in the system but has

not been approved to access complimentary inductions, you will be directed back to the home page and will be required to login and register for the inductions.

b) Contractor Individual Registration

i. Complete the registration process and select Save:

Note: Select Show Non Mandatory to register additional details

ii. Upload a photo for the registration process, select Files Upload:

Note: Digital head shot photo is to be provided in JPG format, similar to a passport photo.

iii. Upload your jpg image using the browse function to locate the image, click

open, then click upload include your name and any relevant comments

iv. Crop your jpg image using the crop function to resize the image to fit the

Contractor Safety Card requirements, the image must only feature a head,

the same format as a passport photo

Note: If the photo is not of a suitable quality, you will be prompted to provide another photo

v. Use the crop function and related instructions to resize your image to fit your

Contractor Safety Card, once satisfied with the final photo select apply

vi. Click Submit to finalise the registration process, you are now booked into the

IT Contractor safety induction

vii. Your registration is now finalised, a copy of your receipt has been email to

you, you can click on the download button to access a copy of your receipt

now

3) Online Safety Induction

a) Your application to complete the online Safety Induction training is now being assessed, you will be notified by email once approved on how to access the course and print your Safety Induction Card

a) Once you receive the email approval you can complete the online IT Contractor

Safety Induction. The induction will take approximately 10-15 mins to complete and consists of a number of multiple choice questions. Click next to get started

b) You will be notified via e-mail of your exam result. If you passed your exam you will be issued with an electronic card to print and take with you when you work on site. If you failed the exam, you will be notified by email and will be permitted to re-sit the exam ten times before you will be denied access. If this happens, please re-register from www.wowcontractor.com.au .
