• Partnership involving all Worcestershire councils, NHS Worcestershire and H&W Fire and Rescue Service
• Two surveys a year
• November survey: perceptions about local area and public services, NHS Worcestershire services, health and priorities to support the local economy
• Helps with setting priorities and planning services and projects
Response to the November survey
• 24 October to 18 November 2011
• Sent to 1,377 previous Wychavon panel members
• 643 responses
• 47% response rate
• No significant changes since 2010 survey
