MandarinCourses:
• Classes take place at “Shanghai University ofInternational Business and Economics”
• Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels available• 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday• HSK test indlued (HSK = TOEFL for Mandarin)
Teaching:
• 25 to 35 hours teaching per week• 2 days off per week (normally not in weekends)• Paid national holidays (20 a year)• Teach 3 to 12 years-old kids
Dates:
• Minimum stay 4 months, ideally 6 months• Start anytime of the year• Apply 2 to 3 months before starting date• Placement process takes around 1 month• Visa process takes around 1 month
$ Compensation:
• 8,000 RMB/month = 1,200 USD • 4,000 RMB for your flight back home (6-months
teachers only, to be paid at the end of your stay)• Private room in shared apartment (bills not included)
