Remember to thank all those people who have helped you.
A card with a small gift -some chocolates or biscuits showsyour appreciation.
Probably a number of people were kind enough to help you.They would appreciate a letter passing on your thanks, and
saying what you enjoyed in particular. Your school may wish to send other students to the same
employer next year, and your letter will encourage theemployer to accept them.
It is good practice to learn how to write a business letter,
using the correct layout, punctuation and spelling, and neathandwriting.
Make a draft of your letter and show it to your counselor ifyou need help (a sample is provided in the manual).
Your good manners will be appreciated.
