What you’ll do

• Participate in a combined classroom/on-the-job-site training program

• Gain working knowledge of Lutron’s commercial control systems

• Work closely with Lutron’s project management and sales teams, delivering solutions to commercial customers from concept to startup

• Take ownership of projects in the field
