In WP 5 we have:

1) Survey on Mobility Demand

2) Mobility Plans Implementation and Boxed Solutions Implementation

5.1 Study on Mobility demand5.1.1. Scope of the survey (transport mode, travel time, activities on the way home, working environment, desire to change, personal data – age, sex, education, etc.)

5.1.2. Development of a questionnaire for data collection

5.1.3. Adaptation of the software for the surveys. Setting up the survey template.

5.1.4. Submission of the surveys to the employees


5.2. Behavioural & Statistical Analysis

- behavioural choices ~ choice of living place/ transport

- new acquaintances ~ mental and decisional processes

- defining policies ~ reduction of social costs of transportation systems & address sustainable use of resources

5.3. Participatory Planning of the Mobility Plan - based on the Study of BIZ (WP2) and results of statistical and behavioral analysis

5.4. Actual implementation of the Mobility Plans5.4.1. Development of the Mobility Plan5.4.2. Reflection and evaluation after 9 months (or

earlier) by the Local Mobility Group, the area-mobility-manager and the e-support (WP4) according to the objectives/ values (WP3)

These actions will be proposed to the Local Mobility Group for implementation consideration.

– Flexible transport system – transport frequency– Increasing attractivity of bicycle – anti-barriers actions– Carpooling – cost effective, CO2 effective– Parking – parking lots– Public Transport - flexibility


5.5. Start-up phase of flexible transport system

5.5.1. Definition of the local flexible services (stops, time-ranges, lines, typology of service)

5.5.2. Development of the computer based database for the sites

5.5.3. Project Management for the adaptation of the computer based database from the project partners

5.5.4. Establishment of Call Centre for the Flexible/Innovative Services (in 6 BIZs)
