TITLE

“TRAINING ON COLLECTIVE BARGAINING “

BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATIONI am working in private school. In my work, there are many problems like minimum wage. In Nepal, there are many private school. But they don’t give equal salary to the workers. This is the main problem.

The management committee does not give minimum salary for workers. So, I want to organize under my sector. First, I will give to suggestion for the workers what is their right.

OBJECTIVES

• Fundamental Rights• Equality• Decent Working Conditions• Job Security

ACTIVITIES• To gather follow workers. • Communication with union members about process and development of

negotiation with employers.• Demand for their rights (minimum wage)• Talk with the management committee• Discuss about minimum wages• At first, dispute settlement on mutual understanding between

management and workers• Involvement of labor office within 15 days• Lastly, dispute settlement on the ground of action and mediation.
