Ms Jana Motczinski, born on 27 February 1986 in Stralsund, has been employed in our companyas a project engineer since 27 October 2008.

invenio, with more than 700 employees and sites worldwide, is active as a development partnerfor the automobile, investment and consumer goods industries. As an efficient engineeringpartner, invenio offers its customers product and system development from the idea through to theproduction stage.

Ms Motczinskiworked for our client Daimler.Here, she supported the VANiESAI department with the following duties, among others:

o Hazard analysis of various production serieso lnitiation and furthering of the High-Voltage work groupo Methodical investigation of the systems concepto Creation of system performance specifications and establishment of competeo Exchange with MBC2o Creation of an interface with training managemento Creation of a qualifications matrix for staffo Preparation of vehicle handovers

Her duties as a project engineer demanded a high measure of expertise and a conpreparedness to undergo professional development. She always fulfilled theseour utmost satisfaction.Ms Motczinski familiarised herself very quickly and effectively with new duties, displayed rapidpowers of comprehension and a constant high level of commitment. She is very responsible andreliable and is open-minded to new ideas.ln doing so, she has also familiarised herself with external auxiliary equipment (Doors) andmethodologies (FMEAatlHazardAnalysis) and made intensive use of thebe.She also gladly passed on the knowledge she gained to others.

Ms Motczinski performed her duties always very independently and with the greatest care andaccuracy.

Her behaviour towards supervisors, colleagues and also customers was always beyond reproach;she integrated quickly into the structures and was greatly valued on account of her courteous andfriendly manner as well as her professional competence.

Ms Motczinski always finds optimal solutions for solving the problems of the work packages evenin difficult situations.Especially worthy of mention is her work effort. Even under difficult conditions, she alwaysachieved the agreed goals.

Ms Motczinski met our expectations in every respect in the best possible way.

Her skill and endurance played a significantly decisive role in the success of the projects.

Ms Jana Motczinski's employment relationship was suspended from 1 November 2011 until 30September 2013, as in this period she wanted to broaden and deepen her skills and experiencegained till now in a sojourn abroad.

Unfortunately, Ms Motczinski is leaving us at her own wish in order to pursue new professionalchallenges. We regret this very much and are losing in her a highly valued employee.

We wish her for her professional as well as private life all the very best . At this point, we would alsolike to sincerely thank her once again for her always very good work.
