Conference begins Thursday October 1 with a 3:00 registration and runs through lunch onSunday October 4th. Lots of free parking on site and free wifi. Lodging is limited so register early.

Scholarships are available on a first come first serve basis, so please apply early!There are a limited number of need-based scholarships, both full and partial (not to include travel expenses),available through W.A. World Service and group contributions. Deadline for scholarship requests is March 31,2020. Recipients will be notified no later than June 15, 2020. Please include day and evening phone numbers,email address, and a description of your needs, including which days you want to attend. Early Early Bird by Jan. 31, 2020: $35.00 Early Bird by June 30, 2020: $65.00 Registration July 1 to Aug 31, 2020: $100.00 To this you must add Lodging or Commuter Fee when you register online or by mail.

On Site LodgingOnly single occupancy rooms are available(twin beds) on men’s and women’s floors.Single rooms cost $165/night.All meals are included.Limited accommodations can be made forsome special needs diets. There will be anadditional charge for special diets. We will letyou know. Refrigerators and microwaves areavailable in kitchenettes on the residentialfloors at no charge.
