• Printed / online – printed is better• Translation issues - each Associated Partner will

translate the questions in addition to Audit C. For this part a peer review will be performed by an in-house expert.

• Associated partners will input data according to explanations provided by the SARD team – an Excel spreadsheet will be provided by the SARD team with a coding book for the quantitative part

• Physical questionnaires will be kept for 1 year
