OBJECTIVE:
To verify and identify the remaining scope of works from previous campaign. To identify hotwork location for next campaign if any and also to highlight any findings or concerns which were encountered during this site visit.
No FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS Action
Drilling Deck1 Remaining scope is to carry out like to like replacement of Infra Red Gas Detector
QZA0321A/B/C/D/E (4 nos). No more hotwork. To check against scope of work on cable replacements scope whether to use existing cables or
new cables. This was highlighted by E&I Supv, Vincent.

Production Deck1 Found out during visit, there are not enough spare MCTs for trunk cables from field JB to enter
Control Room. SSB to look into this matter since it might require new MCT to be installed. All trunk cables had been laid from outside of Control Room to its dedicated JBs but pending
penetration to Control Room and glanding & termination at field JB sides.

Hotwork & welding habitat required:i. QZA3035(T) – Located at Safe Zone
Below are F&G which still pending mounting pole installation but doesn’t require hotwork because the mounting supports were welded during previous campaign:
i. QZA3004ii. QZA3034 – No support required for this detector as the mounting plate will be
mounted directly to an existing pipe support.
