Holistic concept of Sustainable Development discusses four dimensions of society : • Economic development, including an end to extreme poverty;

• Social inclusion;

• Environmental sustainability;

• Good governance, including peace and security.

Mission: Municipal manager must have the function of providing the reach of these four dimensions of Sustainable Development for its citizens.
