This lively thirty minute service will include upbeat, familiar sing-along Christmas Carols and interactive storytelling in the Fellowship Building. No amount of wiggle is too much for this delightful Christmas Eve fun.
*Families wishing to stay for the 5pm Contemporary Service may bring their children to the Children’s Ministries Building for Christmas activities with Ms. Laurie until the ending of the Contemporary Service around 5:45pm.• 5:00pm Contemporary Candlelight and Communion Service —
Worship the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, amidst a background of Contemporary Worship Music. Communion and a Candlelight “Silent Night” are included in this forty-five minute family service.
• 7:00pm Traditional Candlelight and Communion Service — Hymns set to organ and choir highlight this forty-forty-five minute Traditional Candlelight Service. Your family is welcome to receive Communion and lift a candle to represent the light of Jesus entering this world.

Well, Diane and I hope everyone who had a chance to come to our open house Sunday enjoyed themselves. We appreciate your taking the time in this busy holiday season to come and join us.
This coming Sunday, December 15, we have a special 10:30am combined worship service in the sanctuary. This service is our Lessons and Carols service. It will include our Chancel Choir, Contemporary Worship Team, Chancel Bells, Youth Band, Youth Choir, Planet 56, Children’s Bells, and Children’s Choir. DECEMBER CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES• December 15 - Children in grades PreK-6 may come to the children’s
building to watch a video while parents are attending the Advent Revolution session. There will be no regular Sunday School for children or Children’s Church. There will be nursery for children 3 and under. Children who are in choir should meet in the handbell room at 10:00am.
• December 22 - We will have our regular Sunday School and Children’s Church schedule on Sunday,
• December 29 - There will be no Sunday School or Children’s Church but nursery will be available for children 3 and under.
FOOD BANK CHRISTMAS PARTIESOur Food Bank Christmas Parties are in full swing! We have served over 100 families so far. Thanks for your generous contributions. We still need items for adults (gloves, hats, watches, jewelry) as well as bite-sized candy and apples.
ADVENT REVOLUTION PROJECTS• $10,000 to bring 5 friends from Rwanda to visit us in Thomasville• $2,000 toward UMVIM Guatemala Mission Trip• $3,000 to help 600 new people attend Church Night Supper (changing it to
Community Night Supper) who are in need of community
YOUTH DISCIPLE NOW 2020We are in need of six host homes for our youth event with other area churches over MLK weekend January 17-19, 2020.
