Being born and grown up in Saigon, Wowy is one successful Vietnamese rapper of his generation. At the beginning, when Hiphop culture was brought into Vietnam, Wowy nurtured his passion by participating in many types of this culture as: Graffiti, Break Dance, Skate Board and Rap music. After all experiences, Wowy was a well-known rapper in underground community and he chose to stick with Rap as his only choice for future. Wowy learned English through some of the songs of Eminem, Jay Z, Kayne West. With “rebel” personality characterized by Vietnamese street style and always speak up the truth, Wowy started to compose, perform and release new albums: Sài Gòn Ơi, Bay Thật Xa, Lão Đại Tới.. By far, Wowy has got millions of views with some hit songs: Khu Tao Sống, Em Là Ngôi Sao, Hai Thế Giới, Đêm Tàn, 1 Điếu (Buddha) … and has been addressed by the youth as Asian GodFather - “Lão Đại Rap Việt”.

2013 and 2014 – Going on with charity. Wowy had the chance to come and visit the handicapped, poor kids in Binh An village and the short-handed elder in Chau Doc..
