Mention on possible synergies with European Structuraland Investment Funds (ESIF) 2014-2020 will alsobe considered and discussed

JPICH monitoring and assessment

JPICH monitoring and assessment as of prime importance.

The methodology for monitoring and evaluation developed within JHEP and summarised in Deliverable 5.1 deserves to include the work in progress developed within JHEP with the implementation of the Pilot Call and launch of the HERITAGE PLUS Call.

Focusing the JPICH efforts in enabling researchers to sharetheir findings not only with researchers in other disciplines,but also with international heritage stakeholders such asNGOs and users of cultural heritage, other industries and thewider public.

Sharing the results of cultural heritage research with a widevariety of audiences.

Exploiting the Projects funded in the JPICH Pilot Call and use the Heritage Portal as a platform for cross-fertilization.

Slovenia budget for travel cost will be used to increase the GB and EB meeting reimboursement travel costs for partipants of JPICH not inlcuded in JHEP.


Amounts ALREADY transferred - According the CA (I)

⇒ 1. Pre-financing:

Amount to be received by the Commission =61,67% of the total amount = 1.233.295,15 Euro

Upon receipt by the Coordinator of the pre-financing from the Commission, the Coordinator shall distribute the shares for Reporting Period 1. Each Partner already received the 25% of its share immediately after the reception of the Pre-Financin g from the Commission .


⇒ 2. Pre-financing:

After receiving the Internal Report at month 9, the Coordinator provided the Partners with an additional pre-financing, equal to the amount spent by each Partner in the first 9 mon ths.

If a Partner spends more than 25% of its share before Month 9, it will submit to the Coordinator an additional Internal Report, and it will immediately receive the additional 25% of Pre-financing. The same rule will be applied at months 18 and 27, until the total amount of Pre-financing will be distributed to the Partners, according to their share.

Following the approval of Reporting Period 1 from t he Commission.

Amount to be received by the Commission =actual costs of partners = 466.560,34 Euro

The distribution of the Interim Payment to the Part ners will be based on the actual costs documented by the Partners in their Internal Reports, until a maximum amount of 85% of their share.
