- Attracting skills eg, MBIE (Immigration) online tools for migrants and employers

- Developing skills & working with tertiary - Education & industry partnerships eg, Youth Guarantees Network, online job profile tools

- Working with tertiary eg, best example is at Masters level

- More detailed exploration of the gaps – what are the trends and what sectors are growing?

- More co-investment between government, councils, business & philanthropists need to fill the gaps

- Internships / cadetships – connections between education & business community

- Developing resources that focus on retention eg, Settlement Unit, Immigration NZ
