B) Preparation & issuing admit cards to candidates

Candidates has to collect admit card from WRD centers located at district head quarters after verification of documents by WRD personnel.

Every candidate has get chance to appear for examination, which reduces clashes or hurdle at the time of examination

D)Evaluation and Result Process

Computerized scanning of about 95000 OMR sheets is done and evaluated for marks within 8 days through software .

Answer sheet were scanned on regular scanner but evaluated through computerized program. Some times evaluation done manually also.

Preparation of Merit ListThe process is now going on. It is a tedious job as for each social

and parallel reservation; separate

merit list is to be worked out

(For 9 social categories and 6parallel,54 merit list for each cadre is

required )

worked out, according to norms decided by
