— Precaution

Handle scissors with care.

Be careful with the sharp pointed end of the wooden skewer.

— Step 1- Markings

Take 18 cm straw and mark, it's centre.

If the straw is more than 18 cm then cut the remaining part.

Now, mark two points at 3 cm, on either sides of the centre mark.

Using the pointed end of the skewer, poke the straw at the first centre mark.

— Step 2 - Making Cuts on the Straw

Cut half of the line at 3 cm marks on the straw.

Partially cutting the straw helps bend both arms of the straw and sprinkle the water.

— Step 3 - Taping Straw

The distance between the pointed end of the skewer and the centre of the straw should be 5.5 cm.

Stick the tape, to the pointed end of the skewer, as shown in the figure.

Bend the straw at 60 degrees on both the sides so that the holes at the corner remains open.

— Step 4 - Taping Straw

Now, stick the bent straw arms which meet at the pointed end of the skewer to the tape.

Tape it as shown in the figure and now, it looks like a triangle in shape.

Ends of the straw should be open.

This is an equilateral triangle sprinkler or can be called as 60 Degree sprinkler .
