Logging in to WTMS CalRecycle has moved the Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) Portal to the main Waste Tire Management

System (WTMS).

Please logon to https://secure.calrecycle.ca.gov/WTMS/SignIn.aspx with your regular WebPass account:

This brings you to the My Facilities page:

Click on your “TPID” to open the Main tab which is your “Business Summary”. You can verify your

Address and Contact information here:

Click on “Single Manifest Entry” to open the “Electronic Data Transfer - New Manifest Entry” page:

EDT Manifest Entry Steps Select your Vehicle for this manifest from the dropdown list:

You many also choose from Last Year’s Decals if those decals were in effect on the load date:

If you have a Temporary Decal that was used for the load, you must enter the License Plate, State, and

Temp Decal #:

Enter the TPID of the Facility where you picked up or dropped off the load. Use the Find TPID button to

Search for and Select the correct facility:

Enter the remaining load information items. The Manifest number in WTMS will be a combination of

your TPID plus a unique number from your invoice or accounting system. If you are keying from a

Comprehensive Trip Log (CTL) use that Manifest form number and be sure to identify the correct Receipt

Code (A, B, or C):

If there is no TPID available for a pickup of less than 10 tires, you may check the “No TPID” box and

enter the facility address information.

Clicking “Save” will verify your entry is complete will display any errors that need correcting:

This page shows your new Manifest entry. WTMS lets you edit the information for 30 days from the day

you entered the Manifest into WTMS.

If you have another Manifest to enter you can start with a blank form or copy this information forward

to a new form.

Finding your CTL Manifest Entries By clicking the “CTLs” tab, you can find all your CTL Manifest entries. This page defaults to showing all

the CTLs where you are the Hauler TPID:

By pressing “Switch TPID” and “Search”, you can view all the CTLs that were picked up or dropped off at

your Facility:
