RFQ/RFP ProcessShannetta Griffin

• Responses will be due 5/11/2015 at 2:00pm EDT, to Shannetta Griffin Indianapolis Airport Authority 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive Indianapolis, Indiana 46241

• Qualified proposers will be announced July/2015 (anticipated). • RFP will be issued to Qualified Proposers Late Summer 2015.• There will be three meetings with the proposers to discuss and

make comments on the RFP.• Final proposals will be due Late Summer/2015.• Final negotiations and announcement of the Successful

Proposer will be completed by mid-September. • Execution of the Transaction Agreement will take place four to

six weeks after the Successful Proposer is announced.

** IAA has the right to accept or deny proposals.
