• Once you have configured Facebook Fan pages and Twitter handles for CSA (Customer Service Analytics) and monitoring respectively in My Services, SocialClout will start collecting posts, comments, tweets, replied for those pages.

• You can track these conversation collectively in engagement workflow in single interface and can engage with your customers there.

Once you login in SocialClout, go to Engagement tab from menu.

Engagement page will show data from your configured Facebook fan pages and twitter handles; for which CSA is enabled. It will show posts and comments from Facebook page and tweets and replies from Twitter handle as well as its sentiments
