Wyandanch Rising Site Plan

Site Plan ▶ The vision of the plan is to create a mixed-use, walkable town center that will serve as Wyandanch’s new downtown where residents can live, work, and play.

▶ The intermodal plaza will help to make Wyandanch a multi-transit hub for buses and the Long Island Railroad (LIRR).

▶ The plan features mixed-use buildings that integrate retail uses on ground floors with residential and office uses on top.

▶ Station Plaza and Wyandanch Green are meant to serve as the plan’s anchors that will serve community needs for various events and programs (ex: winter ice skating, etc).
