X-ANIMO 2015 REPORT

The mission of X- animo was to enrich lives through arts & cultural events and performances to

develop leadership skills and To live is to be musical, starting with the blood dancing in your

veins. X-animo is the one entirely dedicated to evoke the hidden talents and arouse enthusiasm

among the students. The various activities held in this event helped the students to boost up their

confidence and inculcate innovative ideas through their performance based on present day

scenario. Also help them to rejuvenate and freshen up from the daily boredom. This event is

recognizes the ancient relationship of music with our Indian culture and helps the upcoming youth

to recall and inherit the culture lost in time. This also promotes various dance forms and other

events prevailing in different parts of our country

X-Animo 2K15 is the national cultural fest of Suresh Gyan Vihar University. It was organised

by the students of university under the guidance of convener Dr. Dinesh Goyal and co-ordinator

Miss Ritu Jain &Mr. kulbhushan bhagat on 9th and 10th of october. The core-team member and

volunteers with great zeal and enthusiasm went for sponsorship and marketing before one month

X-animo was sponsored by "Engeneering Gate Academy ", "Tomatoes", "Hero" ,"Kapoor Chand

safe wala", "Limelight" and cosponsored by "Kaya", "Pizza hut", "Da new you", "Snow world",

"Paintball". We invited Mr, Hiren Trivedi, standup comedian and Miss Prateeksha Kulshreshtra,

singer as celebrity of our event. The team went to several colleges in and outskirts of Jaipur as

well for marketing registering participants.

We had many pre-events to promote Xanimo since one month before. X- animo team conducted

talent hunt activity in ARAMBH 15 to interact with new students and make them feel

comfortable and familiar in university. We organized DJ Night and Dandiya night on 3rd october

and 8th october simultaneously for promoting our event.On 9th and 10th of october xanimo has

been organized which consist many events.

We had the inauguration ceremony which was inaugurated by our president Hon’ble A. K .khare

by lamp lightning and cake cutting. In the evening our event was stared with some of the best

performances like classical song by kauntya, and classical dance by bhawna dutta of our

university. The chairperson, suresh gyan vihar university Hon’ble Sunil Sharma was invited as

the chief guest .The crowd of almost 2000 youth had enjoyed the event and all the performances

of evening and burst out of laughing and dancing with our celebrities performances. The judges

from "Limelight entertainments” selected the best one from all the performances through their

experienced skills in their respected fields. Our event also gave platform to international students

to present their cultural events. At last our program end up with the momento and certificate

distribution to the dignitaries , prize distribution ceremony , and vote of thanks by the convenor

Dr. .Dinesh Goyal (Engg. principal). All the co-ordinators were praise for their excellence

AARAMBH

AARAMBH was organized by xanimo team to give a friendly welcome to the new students and

to interact with them. Its main purpose was to know the talent of fresher’s in various fields, and

makes them know about XANIMO.Many entertaining games and tasks were given to the

students to know their skills. Student took initiative and they participated in various activities. To

encourage them we also gave away some tag to the active candidates.

DJ NIGHT was organized as the promotional event of X- animo. More than 200 students

registered themselves for Dj night. It was a small step to make our event successful and grand. It

was a fund raising event for XANIMO 2K15.

DANDIYA NIGHT

Dandiya night was organized by X-animo team to make the international students to know about

Indian culture. It was also a fund raising event to contribute in xanimo to make it grand

successful. Around 100 students have participated in dandiya night..

INAUGRATION OF XANIMO

Xanimo 2k15 has been inaugurated by our president. He gave the xanimo team best wishes in his

speech and inaugurated the xanimo by lamp lightning and placing the xanimo billets on screen to

write xanimo. All the dignitories cut the cake of xanimo. All the faculty and staff members were

invited in inauguration ceremony. They also took participated in various event such as musical

chair, gully cricket and singing

CELEBRITY

HIREN TRIVEDI was our celebrity of 1st day of Xanimo . He is a standup comedian by

profession. He entertained the crowd by his puppet show. His team members make the crowd

burst out of laughing by his funny jokes.

PRATEEKSHA KULSHRESHTHA was our celebrity of 2nd

day. She is singer by profession.

She made the whole crowd dancing on their place by her rocking performances and melodious

voice.
