Rugged duRaBiLity: the toughpad FZ-e1 goes beyond miL-stD-810G specifications to assure in-field reliability. Built to handle drops of up to 10 feet to concrete, the toughpad FZ-e1 is fully sealed and submersible in 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes, and has a -4°F to 140°F operating temperature range. the toughpad FZ-e1 is also tested for resistance to impact, shock, vibration, altitude, and extreme humidity.

induStRy-Leading BatteRy Life: Few heroes could afford to put their missions on hold to charge their devices. the toughpad FZ-e1 features a 6200mah battery providing up to 14 hours of continuous use, based on Panasonic test conditions. it’s designed to charge to 50% in just one hour, and Hot swap functionality allows a depleted battery to be swapped out for a fresh one without powering down the device, providing for virtually unlimited use.


voice connectivity: the toughpad FZ-e1 is the first device in the toughpad line to offer optional voice connectivity. to ensure clear voice communication above engine or construction noise, the device is equipped with intelligent, noise-cancelling and dual front speakers that reach an astounding maximum volume of 100 decibels.

enteRPRiSe-gRade diSPLay: toughpad FZ-e1 features a sunlight-readable, anti-reflective, HD capacitive multi-touchscreen that works even with heavy gloves. a rain-sensing feature allows for single-touch use even in pouring rain.

WindoWS eMBedded 8.1 handheLd: the toughpad FZ-e1 is powered by windows embedded 8.1 Handheld, an intuitive platform featuring a rich, multi-touch user interface and robust security that improves workforce productivity without compromise. it makes communication, collaboration and data collection easy and allows the device to be managed seamlessly as part of the windows environment the League of valor already relies on.

SecuRity caMeRa: when the League of valor is away on a mission across the globe or across the galaxy, they like to keep tabs on things back here at the Hall of valor. Panasonic’s high-performance network cameras capture and deliver outstanding HD surveillance video to keep our headquarters secure. the next-generation processors offer dynamic imaging, as well as image distortion and color correction technologies. the cameras produce high definition resolution while maintaining use of bandwidth, making them ideal for surveillance.

deSktoP teLePhone: sure, sometimes superheroes communicate via telepathy.
