US $ROAD PAVEMENT WORKS1. The Contractor has to submit Detailed Shop Drawings to be approved by the Engineer before commencement of the work, and all required materials should be supplied as specified and subject to the Engineer approval.

2. The Contractor has to fix,maintain and replace the under ground services that may be damaged during his work.

3. The Contractor should include in his price the costs of sampling and testing as required and according to technical specifications and work requirement.

4. Price includes cost of removing and/or relocating of all obstacles such as debris, garbage, trees, existing clay base, asphalt or concrete raod and existing services in addition to the required materials necessary for work completion according to engineer's instructions and specifications.

5.The Contractor should include in his price the cost of cut and removal of trees roots, backfilling, watering ,compaction in layers with clean sand as specified and according to the Engineer instructions, the price also include relocation of Power, Telephone poles and networks to sidewalk.6.Price includes cost of adjusting the levels of existing manholes (in any diameter) to the new design levels by adding rings with the same specification of the existing manhole (if necessary), replacing the damaged covers and frames and all materials and works required to complete the job.Note: the manhole cover neck should not more than 25 cm.7. Price includes costs of cleaning all sewage network using JetterClean, excavate, cut and fill carriageway & side walks with clean dense sand from natural ground level to the bottom of the sub-base layer design level including watering, compaction not less than 98% & CBR not less than 15% ,all according to drawing and technical specifications .Price includes transferring the surplus materials to a site identified by the engineer.

US $Rates of Concrete Works shall include:-1. All form works and shuttering (new lumber for shuttering) in any form, shape and size . Making chamfered and curved edges, allowing for and making grooves and sleeves, removal of forms and cleaning of all exposed tie wires and rods. 2. Supplying, casting, vibrating and curing as per specifications.

4.Testing cost such as New Concrete Job Mix Designs, Sampling , testing and providing test results certificates, storing and saving of samples.

5. Supplying reinforcement of any grade, size and length as detailed in the drawings.

6. Painting surfaces of burried concrete elements with two coats of hot bituminous paint (75/25) after primer layer , the strokes of each layer to be opposite to each other.

7.The work and price include Cleaning, excavation, cutting and backfilling for edge beams and retaining walls from natural ground level to the bottom level including watering and compaction not less than 98% ,all according to drawing and technical specifications .Price includes transferring the sand to site specified by engineer and all works according to engineer's instructions and specifications.

8. Compaction and testing under the foundation, ground beams, and retaining walls, the compaction must exceed 98% of MDD.9. The work and price include pf construction of expansion joint every 12 m.r with selotex board and filling 3cm with Sikaflex sealant ,all according to drawing and technical specifications.

US $Water Supply works1. All works must be coordinated with the water department at the Municipality.

2. The price includes the cost of excavation to depth indicated in drawings not less than 1m using retaining shuttering, shoring according to instructions of Engineer, bedding of 20 cm clean dune sand under around and above the pipe with compaction, backfilling the rest of the trench up to design level with sand in layers 25 cm thick each with compaction 98% MDD and all required tests.

3.The work includes removal of the surplus materials outside the site to places as instructed by the Engineer.

4.Supply and installation of elbows with any angles, Tees, Flanges, joints, metallic warning tap, and other accessories and thrust blocks according to details.

5.Cleaning ,disinfection and testing all the installed pipes according to technical specification, Engineers instructions and coordinating with water department in the municipality

6. All works are performed according to the drawings, specifications and Engineer’s instruction7.All tests costs to be included in the unit rate items,without any extra paid money.

8.The price include reinstate repairing any damage resulted from excavation, all according to specification & as per engineer instructions

9. The contractor has to submit detailed shop drawings of the coming items for the approval by the Engineer before starting the work.

US $Communication Works1.The contractor has to submit detailed shop drawings of the coming items for the approval by the PalTel Company before starting the work.

3.The price includes the cost of excavation to depth indicated in drawings and using retaining shuttering, shoring according to the instructions of Engineer, bedding of 15 cm clean sand under ,around and above the pipe with compaction, backfilling of the trench up to design level in layers 25cm thick for each with compaction 98% MDD and all required tests.4.The work includes connection of the manholes to the existing PalTel line after cleaning and adjusting the level and orientation of the existing pipes if needed according to engineer instructions.5.The holes of the manholes have to be done using core machine.6.The price includes reinstate repairing any damage resulted from the work, all according to specification & as per engineer instructions

Supply, install and join single line of flexible PVC pipes 3" diameter for the PalTel house connection including excavation in any ground for min. 1.5m depth, shoring, shuttering, safety measures, testing, sand beds, opining in the existing manholes and concrete around PVC pipes all according to the drawings, specifications and Engineer’s instruction.

Supply, install and join single line of PVC pipes 4" diameter V1. for the PalTel network with approved gasket rubber ring including excavation in any ground for min. 1.5m depth, shoring, shuttering, safety measures, testing, sand beds all according to the drawings, specifications and Engineer’s instruction.
