Policies• Step 1: Internal – EP tries to resolve issue with hosting LC and TN organization
• Step 2: Local – EP contacts sending LC about the problem and tries to resolve problem again
• Step 3: National – contact sending MC and MCs try to resolve the problem
• Step 4: International – Internal Control Board

ICB: Internal Control
Board• Global ruling body that has final decision making power regarding exchange quality and ethics cases.
• Only for serious cases that cannot be resolved alone by the MC and parties involved
• MC submits an Official Case Application to [email protected]
• Decision from ICB should be received within 2 weeks of receiving the case; for exchange quality a decision often involves financial compensation
