Making a Difference

My name is Anurag and I am in Grade 6. One day, I saw some poor children playing in our

neighbourhood. I found out that their parents work as domestic helps.

I decided to teach these children in my free time. Now, I sit with them for three or four

hours on weekends and do various activities. We solve riddles and puzzles together. I also

teach them Maths and Science. They take a great interest in Social Sciences too, especially

the history lessons and maps. They eagerly wait for the story sessions as well!

I love teaching these kids. I think what I do is very important because it helps them know

so many things! We should all share our learning with others.

Like Sasha, I also love bringing smiles to others’ faces.
