    XSite Validation (XSite) is a website application designed to analyze and validate property. It is a

    completely automated tool, accessible via the internet, from any corner of the globe, and is theproduct of its management teams thirty five (35) years of expertise in the real estate and technologyindustries.

    Its primary purpose is to assist bankers, developers, investors and real estate professionals obtaininformation on parcels of land and existing projects that, typically, is difficult and expensive to attain.The report will synthesize multiple sources of data into one easy to obtain report that is producedand delivered in only minutes over the internet.

    The XSite Report includes a scoring model (and its process is patent pending), which is referred toas the XSite Report Index (XRI). The XRI is a scoring application, designed to attach an objectivescore to a parcel of property. Specific data (as identified below) shall be aggregated and indexed toprovide an instant assessment of a specified location. The assessment, or score, is weighted by

    variables that pertain to the specific industry type or suggested intended use of the site.

    A weighted score is necessary to eliminate the inherent biases found when reviewing property, and,thereby, allows bankers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals an opportunity toutilize objectivity when ascertaining the potential viability of a subject parcel of property.
