his legal career as a prosecutor for the United States Navy and then with
the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. He brings his extensive
litigation experience to private practice.
As a Navy Lieutenant, Charlie prosecuted cases for the Navy and Marine
Corps throughout the Southeast United States, Caribbean and
Guantanamo Bay Cuba. He also served on the staff of the Judge Advocate
General, where he served as a Criminal Appellate Attorney and a National
Security Law case advisor. He also served in the White House as a military
protocol aide.
