BEFORE YOU BEGINBe sure the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. The ON/OFF switch is located on the bottom of the locomotive.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE• Connect the track pieces together,

as shown.

• Squeeze the two buttons on the sides of the RESCUE CAR to raise the platform and rescue an animal!

Additional playsets sold separately. Locomotive can pull a maximum of six cars.

• Connect the RESCUE CAR and the CARGO CAR to the LOCOMOTIVE, as shown.

• Connect the RESCUE STATION and the RESCUE MOUNTAIN CAVE as part of your track layout.

NOTE: For safety reasons, when you lift the LOCOMOTIVE off of the track, the motor will stop but the lights and sounds will continue. Place it back on the track and the motor will start again. Press the button on top of the LOCOMOTIVE if the motor does not start again.

• Press the button on top of the LOCOMOTIVE to start the train.

• At any time, you can press the button on top of the LOCOMOTIVE to stop the train.
