Audition Requirements 1. Major scales up to four sharps and flats and natural minor scales up to

three sharps and flats, memorized. Two octaves for F# − B-flat; one octave for B − F.

2. Two prepared pieces, one slow and one fast, preferably an etude, sonata or concerto movement. (An All-State etude may be used as one selection.)

3. Excerpt for Sinfonia, played at marked tempo. 4. Sight reading.
