The East Rail Corridor Plan calls for a blend of residential and employment near the Ya
Parkway along with furthering open space corridors along the rail lines (See the Area
highlighted on the plans below).
Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Plan
The Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Plan proposes TOD employment and medium density
residential zones near the intersection of East Washington Avenue and the Yahara River
which would transition to lower density residential (See the Area highlighted on the plan
below).
