Return Check Policy: Any check returned to the YVLA as un-paid (for any reason) will be charged a $30 repro-

We are looking forward to a new set of Crime Free
classes this fall. They will be held on:

In previous years the classes have taken place from 6pm to 9pm over a two week period. We will announce the lo-
cation and hours of the class at a later date.
This is a great class to take with a lot of valuable infor-mation for landlords. If you are new to YVLA, or to be-ing a landlord this is a must class to attend.
Please be thinking about setting some time aside for these classes as seating is
usually limited.

Graffiti Paint Over - Need Assistance?
The Safe Yakima Anti Graffiti Committee is working with police, sheriff, prosecutors,
courts, juvenile dept., churches, landlords, schools and others to eradicate the valleys'
graffiti problem. It will require a consistent community effort. The committee would
like to let you know that now people can access permission slips from the city' website
to get assistance with paint overs.
