Rhino Baja Frame Parts List

Step 1: Remove the 3 screws and plastic threaded inserts from both back corners of the bed. These fasteners are not used to attach the baja frame.

Step 2: Remove Tie-down Anchor bolts from both front anchor points. These bolts are not used to attach the baja frame.

Step 3: Assemble the frame by attaching the crossbar to the left and right frame. (Parts used: 5/16” bolts and nylon locking nuts).

Step 4: Cut and apply the protective tape, included with your frame, to the bottom of the back plates, to protect your bed side surface. Step 5: Place the roll bar frame in your Rhino bed, secure the front attachment plates and the original tie-down anchors to the wall of your Rhino bed. (Parts used: M6 bolts, nylon locking nuts, and flat washers).

Step 6: Secure the back plates of the frame to the Rhino bed. (Parts used: 5/16” screws)

Note: This product is not designed for roll-over protection to vehicle occupants in the event of a roll-over. The end user assumes all risk in the installation and use of this product.
