Running your yard has never been so easy. The YMS Eagle View removes the guesswork and puts every detail at your fingertips. Simply drag and drop trailers from spot to spot to create a move. Eagle view is integrated with the in-cab spotter module. When a move is created the spotter receives a move request. As drivers accept, start and complete their moves, Eagle View is updated showing the new status and location of the trailer in your yard. Need to find an empty trailer or get materials on your dock fast? No problem, just type in what you are looking in the search box. Eagle View will highlight the desired item so you can simply click and drag it to the location of your choice. Priority moves go to the top of the spotter screens for immediate attention.

The YMS appointment schedule is a highly configurable another tool you can use to increase throughput and decrease gate bottlenecks. You set the rules based on each docks capacity. How many loads per hour? How many units per hour? YMS will take it from there. Carriers can schedule there own appointment times online keeping you up to date and reducing conversation times. At a glance see the days complete inbound or outbound schedule, the load types, priority status, if they are on time or late. Simply click and drag appointments to another time slot if schedules change. Upload your inbound schedule from your TMS system or enter direct onto the YMS form.
