Yepme had a unique challenge of finding a search solution that considers user interactions while showing relevant search results. Unbxd's site search is driven by user behavior and was responsible for a dramatic increase in key business metrics like product views, orders and revenue.

Here's a glimpse at how some of these key metrics improved after implementing Unbxd Site Search:

Yepme's challenge of low product views due to a large catalog size was resolved on implementing Unbxd. With visitors now being able to search on the site, they were able discover more products and even niche products through long-tail searches.

User behavior had a special part to play in increasing product views. This was apparent in the fact that exit rates from search results pages was a lot lower than the industry average.
