Yesvantpur is a famous locality in Bangalore, the IT and Education

City of India and one of the largest metropolises in the Southern part

of the country. The city offers an amalgamation of modern and traditional cultures and is one of the most peaceful cities in India. It is home to renowned educational and research institutions including IIM(B), National Institute of Design and National Institute Of

Mental Health And Neurosciences. The locality of Yesvantpur is quite close to some of famous sites in Bangalore, including the Iskon Temple, Jai Prakash Narayan Park and Rockline Mall etc.

Located in the north western part of Bangalore city, the Yesvantpur Railway junction is one the three stations that cater to the needs of the rail passengers in the metropolis. The station is a major stop for all Hubli bound trains and has 6 platforms. Of these six, the 3rd platform is generally used by trains passing through the station, while the remaining platforms are mostly reserved for trains originating from the station.

Cuisine Of Yesvantpur

Like most other parts of Bangalore city, Yesvantpur also boats of an

extremely peaceful and multicultural environment. So even though the cuisine is predominantly south Indian, there are traces of other

cultures and cuisines in the everyday food and life of the people, who generally enjoy this great variety of taste and aroma of different dishes.

The city offers a wide variety of dishes for both vegetarian and non-

Like most other parts of Bangalore city, Yesvantpur is inhabited mostly by

Being a major IT hub, the people of the city are also known to be technically far ahead than their fellow countrymen in general.
