ADDITIONAL FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT a) Exhibitor(s) need to email their additional requirement for furniture &

Equipment (along with specifications and pictures) to the organizer; and organizer will inform availability (if any) and prices.

b) Organizer will provide to all exhibitors “List of additional furniture available”

with their rental charges about two weeks before the exhibition start date. Exhibitor can rent additional furniture from that list; rental fees and security deposit (if any) to be paid at the time of receiving delivery.

T & C for CO-EXHIBITORS Exhibition Booth(s) are available only as a whole to the registered Exhibitor (who has registered the booths and paid fee for that). Registered Exhibitor may be entitled to accommodate co-exhibitor(s) at its exhibition booth only with the written approval of MiTA. For such co-exhibitor(s) approval, additional fee may have to be paid to MiTA. Co-exhibitor(s) should agree to all Terms & Conditions of exhibition. No advertising is allowed in the exhibition booth for merchandise, services and/or companies which have not been admitted to the exhibition and conference. Registered Exhibitor(s) and Co-Exhibitor(s) shall be jointly and severally liable to MiTA. USE OF SPACE BEYOND ALLOTTED EXPO BOOTH AREA Exhibitor(s) are liable to pay MiTA additional fee in USD / Myanmar Kyat on the spot, (if any) exhibitor(s) use any space outside the allotted space at any point in time.

EXPORT - IMPORT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR EXHIBITORS Optional Export - Import Support Services at additional cost:

1. Open General Licence (OGL) for Export-Import of Expo Items application

2. Custom Clearance at the time of import in Myanmar 3. Logistic from Port of Entry to exhibition venue 4. Opening of Packaging 5. Repackaging in case exhibit items to be re-exported from Myanmar 6. Logistic from exhibition venue to Port of Exit and Custom Clearance.

Notes: (i) All shipment & packaging arrangements are responsibility of Exhibitor(s). (ii) Any Inspection and Quarantine, if required, will be responsibility of the

concerned individual exhibitor. (iii) Open General License (OGL) for export-import will be applied for all

exhibitors ONE TIME in a group.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following, if any Exhibitor needs export-import & logistics support services from MiTA:

Step I: Exhibitor need to book exhibition booth(s) and pay about eight (8) weeks before exhibition start date. Please check with the Organizer for specific details, which may change with changing regulation.

Step II: MiTA will send to exhibitors all required documents to fill up and Exhibitor need to send completed documents within one week. Incomplete documents will be rejected and export-import / logistics support services will not be provided to that exhibitor.

Step III: MiTA will notify Exhibitors further details after Government Approval of OGL which may take about 2-3 weeks.

Exhibit Items and prepare their Booth during 10am - 5pm on 23 Feb 2017. - Exhibition Hall will open for Exhibitors & Media Partners at 8:30am and

Close at 5:30pm on 24 , 25 & 26 Feb. 2017 - Exhibitors & Media Partners (or their authorized forwarders) can come to their

booths @ Exhibition Hall to pick up cargo on 26 Feb 2017 4pm - 5.30pm; exhibition will end at 3.00pm on Sunday.
