This weight maintenance challenge will give you the support and incentives you need to make it through the holidays. More than a game, racquetball is a great sport that incorporates agility, speed and power. Challenge courts

on Tuesday will be for those looking to sharpen their skills in a fun game situation. League play, held on

Aquatics Programs (fee based) Masters Swim Program

Ages 18 and up can join a swim team for all skill levels.

Designed to give coached workouts from USA Swimming

Certified Master’s Coaches. This program will get you in

shape, prepare you for a triathlon, or simply improve your

swim ability.

Ages: 18 +

Dates & Times: September 10 - May 16

Sundays, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Wednesdays, 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Private or Semi– Private Swim Lessons

Ages 3-99. Improve your stroke, gain confidence or conquer fears. Accommodation for most special

needs. Flexible 30 minute long lessons.

Non Members (1 lesson - $40) (4 lessons - $150) (8 lessons - $295)

Adult Learn to Swim Lessons

Group lesson to improve skills, or to get you over your fear of water. This class emphasis is on learning

and improving, not on passing or failing.

Ages: 13+

Dates & Times: Mondays, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

September 11 - October 30, November 6 - December 18

Aqua – Flexible Class

Co-ed class taught in the shallow warm water pool, 89 degrees. Designed to

minimize stress on the joints and improve flexibility.

Water Aerobics Class

Water-based class with a variety of intensity levels. Fun, energetic and held to

contemporary music.

Water Boot Camp Class

Your hair will get wet in this aquatics workout in the shallow pool combining

cardio and strength components using kickboards, body weight and water

dumbbells.

Water Fit

Water-based class geared toward our active older adults; however, anyone is

welcome! Low intensity class.

Water Walking

No instructor - walk at your speed - forward, backward, sideways. See shallow pool schedule for times.

Group Exercise Classes

Experience the incredible energy that only group exercise classes can offer. Experienced instructors lead

participants through effective, fun and easy-to-follow workouts. All classes are free to Y members.

The TRX suspension trainer is the original bodyweight-based training tool

that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. All exercises

create an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance

and coordination.

Y Barre

This class is a mixture of techniques from yoga, Pilates and dance. Class focuses on isometric exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Ages: 14+

Women on Weights WOW will teach you how to incorporate free weights into your workouts. Small-group class teaches proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. Improve posture, increase strength and lose body mass. Ages: 14+
