Yoga benefits for kids:Improves self-esteem.Enhances flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.

Improves concentration, sense of calmness and relaxation.

Yoga helps children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop anintimate relationship with the nature that surrounds them.

Helps kids to develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination.

It keeps kids healthy during allergic season and helps in weight management and stressrelease.

Preschool Program (ages 3-5): Tuesday 2.30pm to 3.30pm

Children are taught basic breathing techniques,loosening exercises, yoga postures, yogic games,relaxation and visualization etc.

Elementary Program (ages 6-12): Tuesday 3.30pm to 4.30pmChildren are taught from beginning to advanced leveldifferent breathing techniques(including pranayam i.e.control of breath), loosening, all level yoga postures,yogic games, relaxation techniques and visualizationetc.

Please fill the registration form attached and return toYoga for kids Box in Rainbow Montessori Office withchecks payable to : Gulshan Jit

Fee for all students is $48 every four weeks. If thepayment is given after 10th a late charge of $5 is required. No make up or carry overclasses.

Dress in loose or comfortable clothes. Yoga mat required.

If you wish to cancel your childs classes you must write a notice two weeks in advance.

Instructor : Gulshan (YICC, Yoga certified teacher from Vyasa India)Teaching kids yoga from > 5 years in different public schools and institutes.Specializes in therapy yoga for adults & currently taking classes at different studios.
