You will build length and strength through Pilates exercises both on the mat and at the barre. Aerial Yoga Multi-level Aerial Yoga integrates an hammock with a yoga flow class, using it as a prop to support standing and balancing poses. Develop core strength and relax into backbends with more ease. Ashtanga Level 2 & 3 This dynamic, challenging practice follows the method established by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Prepare to sweat as you move through a set sequence.The system is great to build core strength, toning the body, while promoting an inner sense of peace. Prior yoga experience is highly recommended. Awakenings Level 1 Begin your day with a gentle practice rooted in prana, breath, the life force. These class will help you to mindfully ease into your day and awaken body-awareness. Beginners welcome. Barre Fusion Level 2 This class offers an intense workout, increases cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen muscles. Barre classes mix elements of mat and barre Pilates. The moves are choreographed to motivating music. Daybreak Multi-level This class is designed to warm up and energize the body, to increase mobility, flexibility, to build core strength. Leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity. Foundations Level 1 Learn how to practice yoga safely and skillfully. A class is good for beginners as well as those who want to focus on details of alignment and refinement in their practices. Gentle Practice Level 1 Gentle Yoga takes a calming approach to Hatha yoga postures, through warm-ups, stretching, and some restorative poses. Great for beginners, for people managing health conditions, recovering from injuries or those who want to unwind. HartYoga • Multi-Level HartYoga combines several styles of Yoga including kundalini, vinyasa, chakra and restorative. This gentle practice is open to all levels from novice to expert. HartYoga focuses on meditation, breath work, chanting and poses to open the heart and balance the chakra energy centers. Hatha Yoga Multi-Level Classes focus on uniting body, breath and mind. The sequence differs from class to class, but always follow a progression that moves from warm up to complex. This class helps build bal- ance, flexibility and strength. Hot Yoga Advanced This class involves a dynamic and challenging practice in a room heated to about 90 degrees. Please bring your own mat, water bottle and tow- el. Prior yoga experience is highly recommended. Kids Yoga Children age 2 to 10 This class helps children develop a calm focused mind, and healthy bodies. It includes playful movement and partner activity. Parents are invited to join.
