WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR? A person who do something

beyond his duty is called contributor.

Mr. Dasharathsinh Vadher do works beyond his duty also.

He has helping identity and always respect others.

He is always ready to gain knowledge and share with others.

CHALLENGE & VISION He say that he do work with challenge. He is a police officer so he do work with

challenge. He say that challenge will be complete

by vision. Because vision leads to complete

challenge.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS He say that if we want to become good

employ, so we should have good communication skills.

Because by communication skills we can get success .

If we want to success in our life, so that we take opportunities.

Because opportunities leads to success.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL SATISFACTION He is a honest police officer. So he say that he need both

satisfaction. Because his duty to prevent the crime,

so his internal satisfaction is to be good officer.

And his external satisfaction is response of society.

DOMAIN VISION We should be better in our domain

vision. Because our duty is in criteria of domain

vision.

TO KNOW OTHER WORK If our junior can’t do good work, we

should know his strength, weakness . After we should give work him in his

qualification.

TO BECOME GOOD If our expectation is not good with our

sinior. So we should become good with him

CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY He is a police officer So his contribution to society is to

prevent the crime So our contribution to society is to give

him better in our field.

SHORT & LONG TERM VISION His short term vision his to be good in

his duty. And his long term vision is to go next

position of police officer.

SUGGESTION TO ENGINEERS

His suggestion to engineer is to become good engineer for our society & country.

CONCLUSION So I can say he has a dynamic

personality And he is good contributor. So our country requires this types

contributor police officer. So I am saluting this police officer.
