This tuition opportunity applies to high school seniors and transfer students for our traditional undergraduate programs only who live within 30 miles of our Elgin campus. Prospective students must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to see if they qualify based on need. Students who qualify for the federal Pell Grant and the Illinois State Monetary Award Program (MAP) Grant are encouraged to apply. Once a student is admitted, a deposit fee is required to secure their seat in the new academic year.
