Using a bot to answer customer questions from a mobile device

1) Customer calls into

local outdoor retail

store with a question

on containers for

keeping food warm

2) Amazon Connect

gathers information from

the customer, including

their zip code, and forwards

to an available associate

on the retail floor.

3) Associate answers the

call, and sees caller

details in a bot-enabled

chat room. After speaking

to the customer, the

associate makes a

recommendation.

4) Using the Private chat bot

the associate checks for

inventory, then asks the bot to
