But just in case, here are some guidelines for using and caring for your new jackets in order to keep

them in great shape!

� To wash, use a gentle detergent such as Dawn or Woolite.

� Hand launder.

� Squeeze water out.

� Wrap in a towel and wring.

� Hang to air dry.

� Avoid use of OxyClean which will take sparkle out of fabric.

� Test compatibility of liniments and

similar products on an inconspicuous seam before use.

� Avoid contact with Velcro to eliminate snags.

Use and Care of Your

New Coursing Jackets

Washing Instructions

• To remove, pull neck strap forward and outward.

• Duck dog's head down through the neck strap.

• Slide jacket off the back.

Getting them OFF

Getting them ON

• To put them on, insert your hand in through the neck hole and out the back of the jacket.

• Use that hand to grasp dog's muzzle and slip the jacket over the dog’s head, onto his neck.

• Then, step each front leg, one at a time, over the rear-most of the two straps hanging against the dog's forechest.

• Smooth the jacket into place.

Never place dirty or wet jackets into a sealed container (or bag) lest they develop a mildew odor which can be impossible to remove. Hang jackets to air dry, even if they are dirty. Wash jackets as soon as practical, when you return home, following washing instructions.
