•The Smurfs will be released on DVD & Blu-Ray on 12/2 so try to throw your Smurf-Tastic party between 11/29/11 and 12/5/11. If you absolutely can’t, we’ve built in a second week. • Take pictures and videos of you and the kids celebrating with the Smurfs

• Tweet live from the party, update your status on your favorite social platforms and uploads pics of the fun from your favorite mobile apps

• Complete your party recap on Crowdtap

• Share photos and videos of your party via your Facebook, Twitter handle and other favorite photo-sharing platforms

The Scoop

The Smurfs are all about unique characters, exciting adventure and just plain fun. This Smurfs party gives you and your friends a chance to engage in all kinds of fun activities with your kids and with each other. Escape into Smurfs village with a variety of activities. Whether it be blue face painting, dressing up, fixing Smurfberry pies or engaging in our digital media pack, let’s celebrate these cute and classic characters to the fullest. Encourage guests to come dressed as Smurfs or to wear as much bright blue attire as possible. Match up with bright blue decorations. Show off your Smurfs village and Smurf-Tastic attendees by taking pictures and videos during and after the event. Share on Facebook, Tweet live and use your favorite photo-based mobile apps to fill all your friends and followers in on your party!

The Rules

• Members must submit their reports containing their photo entry by December 31, 2011 • Winner will be contacted via email by January 13, 2012 • Top Awards include a variety of authentic merchandise (See “Rewards & Prizes”) • Reports will be judged on the following criteria: 1. Creativity (50%) 2. Representation of the brand (25%) 3. Answer to report questions (25%)

• As decoration, an ice-breaker, or a special activity all in itself, print out the coloring pages in our digital media pack and spread them out across the tables with crayons and markers so that the kids can jump right into their Smurfs celebration

• Think BLUE: Bright shades of blue are key to getting into the Smurfs spirit!

•Be sure to make use of all the awesome content in our digital media pack. Includes fun activities like:

•Face Painting

- Team up with your little Smurf and paint each other’s face! Paint characters or go all blue, either way you and your little one will share some great moments with this one

- Paired up with their little Smurf, take a picture side by side of your guest and their little Smurf’s face painting creations and post a copy to that guest’s facebook wall or tweet them -Spice this one up with a little competition by choosing a winning team!

•Smurfmas Carol Sing together or pair up with these fun Smurfmas carols. No matter how you sing these carols, be sure to capture them on video with your digital camera or mobile phone and share with your fans and friends!

• Blue punch or sports drink • Lemon-lime soda • Blueberries Combine blue punch with lemon lime soda and then float blueberries in the punch bowl. You can use the same punch to create Popsicles by freezing it in popsicle trays overnight!

•1 punnet of blueberries (smurfberries) •1 sheet of frozen pastry •1 tbsp of flour •1 tbsp of sugar •egg and milk wash for pastry

1. Rest your sheet of pastry it should thaw but remain cold for optimum baking approximately 5 to 10 minutes depending on the temperature. 2. Set oven to bake at 350 degrees. 3. In a bowl mix blueberries with flour and sugar and deposit into pie dish or individual ramekins. 4. Cover your chosen dish with pastry and baste with egg wash. 5. Bake for 20 minutes till crust is golden. 6. Enjoy hot pie with your favorite ice cream.
