Young Voice is an eTwinning project created by the participation of young people and teachers from 3 different nationalities (from Turkey, Italy and Poland) . Digital literacy and Internet safety are underlying topics for the project, "Young Voice". The aim is using critical thinking strategy methods to help students to improve their competence of discernment for media literacy and e-safety. Therefore, we first off as individuals of the society who are readers and viewers of the media objectively, and students and participants of the project which we take part in, have done various activities with the goal to find out or analyze what is being presented on the Internet. Since we have taken part in valuable meetings and webinars which have been carried out by IT specialist Jarrel RIVERA, and from digital communication experts such as Prof.Dr. Deniz YENGİN and so on..We have seen the damages of fake journalism for our society, to what extent and how fast this problem can take place in our society and its possible consequences. We wanted to draw attention to the importance of this and we have seen ourselves by drafting fake news that false reporting can affect us, just like true reporting, and sometimes even on a larger scale. As well as our awareness have improved on these issues mentioned above, we were able to complete the tasks of all 4 basic skills (listening, writing, speaking and reading) that are indispensable for our foreign language development while we used different Web 2 tools to gain the important usage of ICT skills. Young Voice is an eTwinning project created bythe participation of young people and teachersfrom 3 different nationalities (from Turkey, Italyand Poland) . Digital literacy and Internet safety

are underlying topics for the project, "YoungVoice". The aim is using critical thinking

Since we have taken part in valuable meetingsand webinars which have been carried out byIT specialist Jarrel RIVERA, and from digital

communication experts such as Prof.Dr. DenizYENGİN and so on..We have seen the

Newspaper Team:The Newspaper Team designed 2 newspapers that tell the progressof this project and a booklet with the posters our teammates created

and a magazine about e-safety.

Reporters Team:The Reporters Team did a virtual exhibition with all of the logos and

slogans the participants created during the contest of choosingthem. The team also interviewed people around them about the

internet.

Columnists Team:The Team Columnists evaluated the results of the survey preparedby the Graphic Designer Team and wrote a collaborative report onit. Apart from that, they wrote articles on the topics we dealt with on

our eTwinning page and published them on our page.

Website Team: The Website Team created our webpage and was responsible for it

during the project and they updated the page according to ouractions daily.

Podcast Team:The Podcast Team made 4 podcasts for our podcast channel in

Podomatic. They are about Spring, eTwinning Day, April 23 NationalSovereignty and Children's Day, technology.

Graphic Designer Team:The Graphic Designer Team did a 27-question survey describingyoung people's use of technology and their experiences on the

Internet in 3 different countries and a general questionnaireexplaining the answers to the survey.

are the teams we have created. Before finishing the project, we didan online meeting as all Young Voice youth. Our final task was to

prepare a game. We decided on the subject and production stagesof the game, shared tasks among media teams and created Young

Voice's own game. We learned how to communicate and workcollaboratively with our teammates when we were studying inter-disciplinary. We presented all the results, because we knew that

sharing is the second part of the learning for everyone to reach theinformation we have found. In the end, we were able to find an

effective, educational and fun way to go through hard times withCOVID-19. We learned how to analyze the data we found when we

were writing our report and provide details statistically. We usedmedia effectively with all-collaborative blogs, newspapers andpodcast channels. The cultural interaction resulting from the

difference of variation between countries was a great advantage forus students.
