Choosing a high quality school is important for your childs future. It is the basis for your childs primary education. This is a decision you recently made, and it probably wasnt easy as there are more options than ever before. We want to share your story to help families make an informed and best decision on where to send their children.Your stories will be used to create a book for Collinwood families that will be choosing a school. This book will use your story, and showcase artwork created by your child. As a token of our thanks, the first 40 participating families will receive both a $25 gift card to Daves Supermarket and $25 in gift certificates to the Coit Road Farmers Market. There will be 20 families selected to be included in the printed book.

We are looking for the following:A picture created by your child about their favorite part of the school day.In essay form:o The reason why you chose the school your child is attending.o How you think this decision will impact your childs future?o What do you envision for your childs future?

Entries are due April 10, 2015.o All entries must include parents first name, childs first name, age, and school on the reverse side of both the essay and the picture. o Contact information including parents full name, address, and phone number on the reverse side of both the essay and the picture.o Essays must be no more than one page.o Drawings must be 5x7, 8.5x11 or similar proportion. o Entries should be mailed in flat envelope, or dropped off to:
