Bali Beach Glamping provides a fabulous beachfront glamping experiencefor its guests. BBG features 40 luxury air-conditioned tents surrounding anancient Hindu temple, and accommodating up to 90 guests, as follows:

For Deluxe and Family Tents we do provide Extra bed with additional charge Rp 200,000 per bed per night and baby cot Rp 100,000 per cot per night. For exclusively resort booking we do not charge any additional payment for up to 10 extra beds and up to 3 baby cots.

Bali Beach Glamping features 25 deluxe tents at Rp 2,250,000 net per night, 5 family tents at Rp 2,950,000 net per night and 15 outpost tents at Rp 1,350,000 net per night, all including taxes and service charge. We also offer the following volume booking discounts.

Bali Beach Glamping, including all 40 tents and accommodation for up to 90 guests, can be booked for Rp 60,000,000 net per night, and furthermore an exclusive resort booking entitles the guest to use BBG’s restaurant, pool and wedding lawn exclusively for their event. Rp 60,000,000 is a 25% discount on the published price of Rp 80,000,000 for all 40 tents, so if

a couple books the whole resort exclusively, and their guests fill the resort at a 10% discount, the couple’s invoice is credited with Rp 72,000,000, which is a Rp 12,000,000 profit compared to what they pay for the resort.

FAQs

How do I secure the venue?

We ask you to pay 25% of the package price to confirm a booking, with another 25% by 9 months before check in, and the balance of 50% by 2 months before check-in.

Can I hold my wedding over public and religious holidays?

Yes

What is ++?

++ is normally 15.5% extra to be added to your invoice, comprising 5% service charge for staff, and 10% government tax. We include tax & service charges in our prices, so you face no hidden charges, but please be aware that other venues often do not.

Does the cost per night change between weekdays and weekends?

As Bali Beach Glamping has just opened, we do not plan to differentiate between midweek and weekend nights initially.

What event equipment is supplied when I book my Wedding

Furniture, sound system, lighting, decorations and accommodation are included in our packages.

Is it possible to arrange a food tasting?

Yes, and we offer a complimentary one night stay and food tasting to prospective guests

What happens if rain is forecast on the day of my wedding?

We reserve the right to use Bali Beach Glamping’s restaurant if necessary

Do we need to leave a security deposit for damage and/or loss?

In order to avoid inconvenience we invite couples to leave their passports with our resort manager as sacurity, but if couples prefer to provide cash security instead, that is also fine with us.

Is there an entertainment curfew? If so, until what time can we arrange our entertainment?

There is no curfew if you book the whole resort, but if there are other guests in the resort we impose a midnight curfew.

Until what time can our outside wedding guests stay?

Wedding guests can stay until the curfew (if any).

Do I have to use a wedding planner?

Np, but we advise you to do so. Our packages include the services of an experienced wedding planner.

Is it possible to arrange fireworks or a bonfire on the beach?

Yes, however there is an additional banjar fee of Rp 3,000,000 for fireworks. Bonfires are free of charge.
